Abstract:

A 72-year-old female undergoing transradial coronary angiography developed catheter kinking and knotting due to challenging vascular anatomy. When standard maneuvers failed, a snare-assisted femoral retrieval technique enabled successful removal without surgery. This case underscores the importance of early recognition and familiarity with retrieval techniques to manage rare transradial complications effectively.
